CCFT Holdings Private Limited (CCFT Singapore) is a wholly-owned overseas subsidiary of Zhongshang Group, established in Singapore in response to an invitation from Enterprise Singapore to participate in the Singapore Government’s Global Trading Programme (GTP). The company was officially incorporated on July 22, 2015, with a paid-up capital of USD 15 million (approximately RMB 100 million).

The company specializes in the import and export of bulk agricultural commodities originating from regions such as Southeast Asia, Eastern Europe, the European Union, and the Americas. Its current trading focus includes palm oil, sunflower oil, non-GMO soybean/rapeseed oil, GMO Canadian No.1 canola oil, and refined sugar. CCFT Singapore holds operating rights to several tankers ranging from 12,000 to 16,000 metric tons, supporting its trade activities primarily with the Chinese market.

In addition to administrative departments such as Operations, Finance, and Risk Management, the company has established a Spot Trading Division and a Futures Trading Division to manage its trading operations.

The Spot Trading Division is responsible for the procurement and sales of physical commodities, including but not limited to vegetable oils, oilseed by-products, and raw/white sugar.

The Futures Trading Division engages in FOB paper trading of refined palm oil at Port Klang and Pasir Gudang in Malaysia, as well as futures trading and market analysis for palm and soft oils on BMD (Bursa Malaysia Derivatives), CBOT (Chicago Board of Trade), and major domestic exchanges. The division also conducts hedging operations for physical positions.
