CCFT Singapore Team Inspects Our New Coconut Oil Plant in Indonesia
Recently, the team of CCFT Holdings Pte. Ltd., led by General Manager Zhang Yang, travelled to Palu, Central Sulawesi, Indonesia, to conduct an on-site visit and inspection of the company’s newly-built coconut oil production base, PT AGRO PERSADA BORNEO.
PT AGRO PERSADA BORNEO is a key coconut oil processing base invested and constructed by CCFT in Indonesia. Located in the core port-adjacent area of Palu City, the plant is only a 15-minute drive from Palu Port. Benefiting from abundant and high-quality coconut resources in the Sulawesi region, it is designed with a monthly capacity of 3,000 MT. Upon commissioning, the plant can provide a full set of compliant export certificates to fully meet the standards of the global food trade market.
At present, the plant’s main infrastructure and core production equipment installation have been largely completed. The project is in the final sprint phase of equipment commissioning and process optimization before production launch. During the visit, the team toured the raw material warehouse, standardized production workshop, crushing workshop, finished oil storage tank farm and quality control laboratory, and reviewed the complete coconut oil production workflow from copra sorting, pretreatment, pressing to final product testing.
This on-site visit enabled the team to fully grasp the construction progress and pre-production preparation work of the new plant. General Manager Zhang stated: “Launched in October last year, the PT AGRO PERSADA BORNEO project is nearing commissioning after one year of development. Building a plant at the raw material origin in Indonesia is an important strategic initiative for our company to deploy upstream raw material bases. Once the plant is put into operation, we will realize local processing at origin, strictly manage raw material procurement and product quality, and ensure stable supply. Relying on this self-owned overseas base, the company will further consolidate its bulk coconut oil business foundation, expand service capacity for global customers, and continuously drive the company’s medium and long-term high-quality development.”
