Mr. Cai Yaodong, Chairman of Shanghai Bairong industrial Co., LTD and Mr. Shui Bin, investment director of Kai Feng investment management Co., LTD visited headquarters of CCFT Holdings Pte.Ltd., (referred to as our company) in Singapore on 18th April 2024. Our CEO Mr. Zhang Yang and Agri-business director Mr. Zhou Zhiyong hosted a meeting with them.

Mr. Cai Yaodong reviewed current market status and discussed their influence and market trend for grain and vegetable oil market with us. After that our CEO Mr. Zhang pointed that in addition to our current cooperations in grain and vegetable oil business, it would be worthwhile to explore the feasibility of expanding cooperation in grain and oil deep processing projects. After that, specific matters on palm oil FOB market such as vessel chartering, risk aversion, import customs procedures, and payment of charges were discussed as well.

Subsequently, Mr. Shui Bin, investment director of Kai Feng investment management Co., LTD shared and his experiences in risk management and precautions from previous investment project He also explained major risks in market, technical, finance and supply chain in details.

During this meeting, both side also exchanged views on global trade situation and expectations on global economic development.

Through this meeting, we achieved better understanding of market. In reacting to current highly competitive and volatile market, we shall systematically apply risk analysis tools and reasonable aversion strategies, to seize market opportunities actively and promote the stead development of our grain and vegetable oil deep processing projects.
