From July 1 to 3, 2026, the 17th Bulk Grain and Oil Industry Conference, hosted by the China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Foodstuffs, Native Produce, and Animal By-Products, successfully concluded in Shanghai. The conference brought together over 200 experts, scholars, and corporate representatives from industry associations and organizations across 17 countries worldwide to jointly analyze trends in bulk agricultural products from multiple perspectives and engage in in-depth discussions on the global supply and demand landscape. Wu Shupeng, Sales Director of CCFT (Singapore) Holdings Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “our company”), was invited to attend the conference.

The conference focused on the core challenges and hot topics in the global grain and oil industry, providing a precise analysis of the current operational trends in the vegetable oil market. Authoritative assessments at the conference indicated that the global vegetable oil supply-demand landscape has gradually shifted from a state of balance to a new phase of destocking, with the market as a whole exhibiting the typical operational characteristics of “weak reality, strong expectations.” Currently, domestic vegetable oil prices are in the lower half of the historical median range, leaving the market with relatively ample room for error. Looking ahead to the 2026–2027 marketing year, geopolitical conflicts and the implementation of biodiesel policies in North America and Southeast Asia will become the two key determinants influencing global oil and fat prices, profoundly impacting the industry’s supply-demand dynamics and trade patterns.

At the conference, Director Wu Shupeng actively engaged in in-depth exchanges and trend discussions with industry peers in attendance. Through active participation in this major industry event, our company gained a precise understanding of the latest trends in the global oil and oilseed markets, industry policy directions, and trade development opportunities. This effectively broadened our channels for domestic and international industrial cooperation and further solidified the foundation for our company’s global expansion. Moving forward, the company will build on the outcomes of this conference, anchor itself in the global grain and oil trade market, optimize its business layout, deepen industrial cooperation, continue to focus on its core oilseed and oil business, steadily enhance its core competitiveness, and contribute to the sustained and steady development of the Group’s grain and oil business.
