Zhang Yang, General Manager of CCFT Holdings Pte. Ltd. met with Ji Jingjing, Vice President of Guolian Co., Ltd. and her delegation

On April 25,2025,Mr. Zhang Yang, General Manager of CCFT Holdings Pte. Ltd.(referred to as “our company”), met with a delegation led by Ms. Ji Jingjing, Vice President of Guolian Co., Ltd. and CEO of Grains & Oil Duoduo, along with Ms. Zhang Li, Vice President of Strategic Development at Grains & Oils Duoduo, at the CCFT Singapore headquarters. The meeting was also attended by Ms Li Hui, Director of Operations, and Sun Fang, Board Secretary of our company.

General Manager Zhang Yang extended a warm welcome to Vice President Ji Jingjing and her delegation. Briefed them on the CCFT Group 's development in industries including bulk oils and fats, sugar, tobacco business, and IP-themed products. He also showed samples such as refined palm oil, sugar, tobacco products, and Minion land chocolates. President Zhang stated at the meeting that our company has long been deeply committed to core businesses such as bulk oils and oilseeds, the sugar industry, and related sectors, accumulating extensive expertise over the years. In the future, our company will fully leverage our international resources and advantages to prompt the extension of the CCFT Group's industrial chain into high value-added sectors. Vice President Ji Jingjing expressed her gratitude to President Zhang for the warm reception, commended the remarkable achievements made by our company in core businesses such as bulk oils & fats, oilseeds, and the sugar industry. Ms. Ji Jingjing introduced Guolian Holdings' digital service ecosystem and industrial chain development strategy under its vertical industry platform Grain and Oil Duoduo.

At the meeting, the participating parties explored potential collaboration across multiple business domains through discussions.

Through this meeting, the mutual trust between both parties has been further strengthened. We will jointly explore innovative cooperation models, develop diversified business development pathways, collaborate to expand domestic and international markets, and create a new phase of mutual benefit and win-win cooperation.
